Vicki Parsons

Vicki Parsons has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, business solutions consulting, and healthcare technologies. Vicki is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Farmers State Bank. Prior to this, they established their own consulting firm, Vicki Parsons Solutions LLC in 2013, where they provided customized people operations strategies for companies and coached individuals on career advancement.
