Nicola Morgan has extensive experience in training and development, currently holding a position at Farmfoods since January 2016. Previously, Nicola served as a Senior Training and Development Officer at Teleperformance, focusing on a new client in the energy market, and worked as a Learning Specialist at Sitel, collaborating with various industries in an outsourced call center setting. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science in Initial Teacher Training & Biological Sciences from the University of the West of England and has completed A Levels in Biology, History, and English at Gorseinon College, as well as 9 GCSEs from Morriston Comprehensive School.
