Shannon Hammer is an experienced educator currently serving as a Permanent Building Substitute Teacher at Farmington Public Schools since August 2023. Previous roles include being a Paraeducator at Head O' Meadow School, a Student Teacher in special education at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and a Student Teacher in a 4th grade class at Ellington Public Schools. Shannon has also worked as a Paraeducator for a pre-k and kindergarten readiness program at Quaker Farms School and as a Teacher Assistant in the Early Childhood Education and Development Program with Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES.
