Elizabeth Kilgore, SPHR has extensive experience in various roles within HR and talent acquisition. Elizabeth began their career at Kelly Services as a Partnered Staffing Manager, where they managed multiple RPO relationships and had P&L responsibility. Elizabeth then worked at ECI Telecom as a Technical Recruiter and at Scholastic Book Fairs as a Management Recruiter.
Kilgore later joined FARO Technologies, where they held several positions including Senior Recruiter, HR Business Partner, Acting HR Leader for the Americas, HR Manager for multiple regions, Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Development, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they developed and implemented recruitment strategies, managed teams, handled employee relations, and ensured the company remained competitive in talent acquisition.
Additionally, Kilgore worked at the University of Central Florida as a Graduate Student. Throughout their career, they demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and achieve corporate goals.
Elizabeth Kilgore, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree from Stetson University. Elizabeth went on to earn an MBA in Human Resources and Management from the University of Central Florida in 2007. In terms of certifications, Elizabeth obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2019. Additionally, they hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, obtained in November 2016. Elizabeth also received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
