Hemlata Patel

Hemlata Patel is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and implementing automation strategies. Currently serving as QA Lead at FARO Technologies since March 2018, Hemlata oversees the Outsourcing team to ensure continuous support for physicians and optimizes business functions through automation. Previously, at CHEP from April 2006 to June 2018, Hemlata led global testing efforts for critical projects, pioneering Worksoft automation for SAP and enhancing software quality through a proactive testing approach. Earlier experience includes working as a QA Analyst/Test Lead for Disney Cruise Line, where Hemlata designed and executed test scripts for a revenue management system. Hemlata holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University, earned between 1985 and 1987.
