Russell Boynton

Russell Boynton is a highly experienced professional in public safety and forensics, currently serving as a Public Safety Analytics Senior Field Applications Engineer at FARO Technologies since March 2016. In addition, Russell is the owner of FocalPoint Forensics, LLC, established in March 2022, which specializes in collision investigation and reconstruction services throughout New England. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of the Department of Safety, Security & Facilities at Mount Washington College, where responsibilities expanded to include facility management, and Chief of Police at the Gilmanton Police Department. Russell's law enforcement background also includes service with the New Hampshire State Police as a Corporal and advisory positions with DynCorp International. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Mount Washington College and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from the Technical College of the Low Country.
