Jacob Rich

Jacob Rich is currently the SVP, Texas Market Officer at Faropoint. Prior to this, they were with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation from November 2018 to March 2021 where they held the position of Associate Director. Before that, they were with Spirit Realty Capital, Inc from April 2016 to November 2018 as an Associate in Acquisitions. Their first job out of college was with J.P. Morgan as an Analyst from February 2013 to April 2016.

Jacob Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University. Jacob also has certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 66 and Series 7.
