Matt Wyman

Matt Wyman is a highly experienced Principal Consultant at Farsight Consulting Ltd, specializing in client leadership, service design, product management, and business analysis since February 2016. With a strong focus on digital transformation projects at the Department for Education, Matt has led numerous initiatives as the Business Analyst, Product Lead, and Client Lead, managing over 30 individuals across multiple teams. Matt’s expertise spans user-centered design and agile methodologies, aiding in the delivery of national digital services and improving organizational processes. Prior experience includes roles in business and performance analysis, along with supporting clients in both private and public sectors. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-clinical Veterinary Medicine from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Cardiff University.
