Susheel Sharma

Susheel Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and information technology within the HR and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Operations Head at Farsight Technologies since August 2013, Susheel has been instrumental in automating various HR processes including recruitment and workforce management. Prior to this role, Susheel held the position of AGM IT at Wires & Fabriks (SA) Ltd. from January 2001 to July 2011, overseeing IT operations and business applications. Earlier career highlights include serving as an ERP Project Lead and Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Industrial Systems and GE Motors, and leading ERP projects at DLF from 1984 to 1988.
