Rosette Thake

Rosette Thake is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at Farsons Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rosette held positions as HR and Administration Manager at Citadel Insurance plc and Knowledge Development Manager at Fenech & Fenech Advocates & Fenlex Corporate Services. Notably, Rosette was the Secretary General for Partit Nazzjonalista and Chairperson for Medialink Communications Ltd, showcasing leadership in both political and corporate environments. Further contributions include serving as a Board Member for azad and as Managing Partner at Vista Coop. In addition, Rosette contributed to the national agenda as a Member of the Malta National Committee for the International Year of Cooperatives in 2012 and held presidency at Apex - Organisation of Maltese Co-operatives. Rosette's academic background includes a Diploma in Adult Training & Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Malta.
