Robert Monson

Robert Monson is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Warehousing at FAS Windows & Doors since June 2021, Monson oversees all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics. Additionally, Monson is the Chief Executive Officer of Lettuce Feed You Inc., focusing on sustainable aquaponics practices for producing fresh, chemical-free produce and fish. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Operations at Clean the World, where responsibilities included expanding global logistics for a social enterprise and overseeing soap recycling operations in multiple locations. Earlier roles also include Manager of Filling Operations at Nephron Pharmaceuticals and General Manager at Trost Maintenance Inc. Monson's career began in the US Army as a Topographic Analyst with the 82nd Airborne Division. Education was completed at Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan.
