Igor Syroid

Igor Syroid is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development, particularly in quantitative and systematic trading. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Fasanara Capital since June 2021, Igor previously held the same title at Digital Crypto HF. Prior roles include Contractor-Application Developer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Senior Software Developer at Ashenden Capital Management LLP, and Quantitative Developer positions at both Systematica Investments and BlueCrest Capital Management. Igor began a career in software development at UBS Investment Bank and has also worked at IBA (IBM Alliance) and the Euclid Competence Center. Igor holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Applied Mathematics from Belarusian State University, earned between 1986 and 1993.
