Veronica Bahnareanu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employer branding, and employee development. Currently serving as Team Lead for Recruitment & Employer Branding at Fashion Cloud and as a Connection Advocate for the D2 collective, Veronica supports community engagement and meaningful connections among tech professionals. Previously, as People Program Manager at Mambu, responsibilities included developing global HR policies and enhancing service delivery in talent acquisition and engagement. Veronica's earlier roles at Uber, Lear Corporation, and Xerox involved leading recruitment initiatives, talent mapping strategies, and implementing effective employee engagement practices. Veronica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University.
