Cassandra Quan

Cassandra Quan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cassandra is currently employed as a Senior Human Resources Manager at FASHIONPHILE since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, where they held various HR roles from March 2018 to August 2021, including HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist. During their time at Midland Credit Management, Cassandra was responsible for developing employee engagement programs, managing worker's compensation, improving job descriptions and annual review processes, supporting department restructuring, handling employee relations investigations, and supporting talent development.

Before joining Midland Credit Management, Cassandra gained experience at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources and Guest Experience from June 2013 to January 2018. Cassandra also worked as a GIS Intern at the City of Oxnard in 2013, a Visual Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from September 2012 to June 2013, and a Watershed Management Intern at Ojai Valley Land from January 2012 to January 2013.

Cassandra's earlier work experience includes roles as a Student Manager and Student Assistant at UC Santa Cruz - Dining - Oakes Café from January 2012 to July 2012 and March 2010 to December 2011, respectively. Cassandra also worked as a Model/Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch from September 2009 to January 2012, a Lifelab Field Trip Tour Guide at UC Santa Cruz from September 2010 to December 2011, and an Office Assistant at UC Santa Cruz - Student Union Assembly from September 2010 to June 2011. Throughout their career, Cassandra has demonstrated their capability in various HR and leadership roles, as well as their ability to adapt to different environments and industries.

Cassandra Quan obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Serrano High School, attending from 2004 to 2008.
