Prior to that, Cayla held a role as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at the same company.

Before their role at Fast Pace Health, Cayla worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Ryder System, Inc., where they supported the candidate selection process and collaborated closely with account managers and hiring managers.

Cayla also has experience as a Hairstylist at Hair Cuttery, where they significantly increased salon profitability and built strong client relationships. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Community Relations at Alpha Phi International Fraternity, organizing philanthropic events and coordinating volunteers for community service initiatives.

Lastly, Cayla worked at Vita Bella Pizza as a Cashier/Server/Hostess, where they trained new employees, provided exceptional guest service, and maintained a positive work environment.

Cayla W. started their education in 2011 at Plainfield North High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies in 2015. After high school, they attended Regency Beauty Institute-Aurora from 2015 to 2016, and obtained a Cosmetology License in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. From 2016 to 2018, Cayla attended Joliet Junior College, but did not complete a degree. In 2018, they enrolled in the University of St. Francis and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of St. Francis from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Cayla obtained a certification as a Cosmetologist and Hairdresser from Regency Beauty Institute-Aurora in August 2016.
