Kathy Matsui

Kathy Matsui is a prominent figure in finance and academia, currently serving as a General Partner at MPower Partners, Japan's first ESG-focused global VC fund, since May 2021. Additionally, Matsui holds positions on the Board of Directors at Fast Retailing and as an Adjunct Professor at Kyoto University Graduate School of Management. Furthermore, involvement with The University of Tokyo's Global Navigation Board and founding membership in Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) highlight a commitment to leadership and gender equity.
