Scott Hayes

Scott Hayes is an accomplished area manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and dining industry, currently serving at Lolli and Pops, Inc. since February 2019. Previously, Scott held key positions at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, leading a team of 75 and overseeing substantial annual sales. As the director of operations for The Grove Restaurants in San Francisco, Scott managed a collection of uniquely designed eateries, while earlier tenure at Pat & Oscar's showcased expertise in restaurant development and operations. As owner/operator of SCOOTZ The Restaurant, Scott demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and achieved significant sales growth. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Hospitality from San Diego Mesa College and additional education from San Diego State University.
