Robert Friberg

Robert Friberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their most recent position as an Integrations Manager at Fast Track in January 2020. In this role, they plan, manages execution, and monitors progress of customer integrations while building and maintaining long term relationships with partners. Robert also determines clients' requirements and upsells product features to drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs.

Prior to that, Robert worked at Jackpotjoy Group from 2017 to 2020, where they held the role of B2B Account Manager / Casino Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for CRM planning and execution, brand performance analysis, and reporting to the partner. Robert also managed the B2B relationship. Before that, they served as a Customer Support Agent at the same company from 2017 to 2018.

Robert gained experience in the mining industry as an Underground Maintenance Operator at LKAB from 2015 to 2016. Robert operated high-level technology machinery and was responsible for handling explosive material such as nitroglycerin. Safety and low maintenance costs were their top priorities.

In 2013, Robert worked at Pite Havsbad Group as a Front Desk / Bookings employee, and from 2011 to 2013, they were a Front Desk staff member at ICEHOTEL AB.
