Pia Mutanen

Pia Mutanen is an accomplished leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Fastems since January 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Development Manager at Tampere-talo, where responsibilities encompassed both Human Resources and IT, and HR Manager at Sandvik, acting as HR Business Partner for BA Mining Finland.
