Can you describe a typical day of yours?
Open my laptop go through both email accounts, respond, forward, resolve or pin my email depending how urgent or help they require. Depending on what day it is, I either open my AR report, apply bank payments twice weekly, sent out customer statements twice monthly, submit remittances awaiting payments, contact customers or branches via email depending on the query, also making phone calls to customers and branches depending how urgent a response I need. Set up weekly and monthly meetings for the district managers, also branch managers if the finance team need clarification on a query or account. Generally, work my way through the AR reports and Amazon Portal, collecting payments for the branches.
