Tarek Haddad is an experienced professional in customer care management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Fastlink Telecom since January 2023, with responsibilities encompassing call center operations, quality and development, as well as social media and back office support for Newroz, Fastlink, and FastPay companies. Prior to this role, Tarek held the same position at Gateway from October 2021 to December 2022, and at Allai Newroz Telecom Group from May 2017 to October 2021, showcasing a consistent focus on customer service excellence.
