Brent Kirkland

Brent Kirkland has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Brent started their career at Bitfinex in October 2017, where they served as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they took on the role of Team Lead for the iOS and Android trading app rewrite, which was designed to cater to high-frequency traders. The app was built using React Native / Expo. Brent worked at Bitfinex until January 2019.

In February 2019, Brent joined Weedmaps as a Senior Software Engineer. Brent continued in this role until March 2023.

Starting in March 2023, Brent began working at Fastly as a Senior Software Engineer. Additional details about their role and responsibilities at Fastly are not provided.

Brent Kirkland attended UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
