Technical Service Coordinator at Fastned

Max Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Max currently works at Fastned as a Technical Support Engineer since 2022 and previously served as a Customer Support Agent from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Fastned, Max worked at Keepersschool Klemvast as a Keeperstrainer, where they were responsible for creating training plans, organizing Keeper days, and managing training groups from 2014 to present. Max also worked at Logiqs B.V. as an Afstudeerstagiair Bedrijfsbureau from February 2021 to June 2021. In their earlier career, Max worked at Fastned as a Customer Support Agent (2020-2021), Intern E-truck Infrastructure Development (2019-2020), and Customer Support Agent (2018-2019). Max also worked at GrandVision Benelux as an Administrative medewerker, handling return assessments and processing in SAP from April 2017 to July 2017.

Max Hagen is currently pursuing a Pre-Master's degree in Natuurwetenschappen & Innovatiemanagement at Utrecht University starting in 2021. Before that, from 2017 to 2021, Max earned a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
