Melissa Spitzer

Melissa Spitzer is the VP of Operations at FastPay where she is responsible for ensuring that all services and operations for ePay and eResolve are delivered in line with customer expectations.

Melissa was also a key driver in the successful launch and growth of ePay at AnchorOps before its acquisition by FastPay in 2017. Prior to joining AnchorOps, Melissa worked at a media agency for several years handling the company’s operational strategies and optimizing its business procedures. Additionally, she has a background in wholesale operations and graphic/web design.

Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree from Springfield College.
