Mike Hennessy

Mike Hennessy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career at Pizza Hut as a shift supervisor, where they learned various aspects of restaurant management. Mike then transitioned to Ladbrokes, where they worked as a retail manager and later as a district supervisor, overseeing multiple shops and handling various responsibilities such as business development, HR management, and team development. Mike also worked as a regional training officer at Ladbrokes Racing Ltd, where they helped develop shop managers and delivered training courses. After leaving Ladbrokes, they joined JenningsBet/BetterBet as an area/district manager, where they managed a group of shops in London. Mike then moved on to work at The ShopWorks as a business development manager, responsible for the growth of the business and successful rollouts to different estates.
