Maya Wijesekara

Maya Wijesekara is an experienced Requirement Engineer at FasTrak SoftWorks, Inc. since September 2019, with a prior role as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from January 2018 to September 2019. Previously, Maya worked as a Software QA Engineer at Therefore Corporation, where responsibilities included testing and quality assurance of document management software and developing test automation using C#. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at IFS Sri Lanka from 2010 to 2013, Maya provided product support and engaged in development projects, performing requirement gathering, functional specification writing, and various testing methodologies. Early career experience includes a Trainee Automation Engineer position at Meco Drilling Solutions AS and an internship at MillenniumIT ESP. Maya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
