Trevor Bennett has extensive work experience in various roles. Trevor started their career as a Vocal Coach at Rock City School of Music from September 2006 to April 2009. Trevor then worked as a Recording Artist under the name "Catcher" from 2004 to 2014, where they wrote, arranged, performed, and produced original compositions.
In 2009, Trevor became an Independent Record Producer, expanding their skills to work with other artists in areas such as engineering, production, programming, and vocal coaching. Trevor continued in this role until 2013.
Trevor's next work experience was with the Government of Canada, where they initially served as a Bilingual Call Center Agent from January 2014 to May 2015. Trevor then worked as a Student IT Analyst from June 2014 to August 2014, administering Access Control in an Active Directory/Exchange environment.
In 2015, Trevor joined Innovatia as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they provided technical support for the Avaya Communication Manager platform, resolving client issues through investigation and testing. Trevor also contributed to process improvement and documentation.
From 2016 to 2023, Trevor worked at Castle Hall, starting as a Junior Systems Administrator from May 2016 to January 2017. Trevor then transitioned to the role of Systems Administrator from January 2017 to May 2017. Finally, they served as the Information Technology Manager from May 2017 to April 2023.
Currently, Trevor is employed as the Technical Operations Manager at FastSpring, starting in April 2023.
Trevor Bennett completed their education history with a Computer Systems & Networking Diploma at the College of the North Atlantic from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice at Memorial University of Newfoundland and completed it in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Trevor obtained the SSCP certification from (ISC)² in October 2017.
