Mark Charman

Mark Charman is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Faststream Recruitment Group, established in 1999, which specializes in Shipping, Maritime, and Energy recruitment with over 100 employees. Additionally, Mark founded GOOSE Recruitment in March 2018, focusing on the Aviation and Airline sectors. Mark also serves as CEO of FRAME Recruitment, a company catering to the Architecture and Interior Design sectors, which has been active since 1999. Prior to these roles, Mark held the position of Division Manager at Matchtech Group Plc from March 1993 to March 1999. Mark Charman is an alumnus of Solent University.
