Chris Swenson

Chris Swenson possesses extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance, currently serving as Facilities Manager at Fastwyre Broadband since April 2022 and as Director of Maintenance at Nye Health Services since November 2019. Prior roles include Team Leader - Plant Operations Manager at Nebraska Methodist Health System and Chief Facility Maintenance Manager at First National Bank of Omaha. Chris has a strong background in HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and general maintenance tasks, along with experience in managing teams and overseeing projects. Previous experience as Lead Maintenance Technician at Dana College included operations and maintenance of various heating and cooling systems. Chris holds an Associate's degree in Electrical from Northeast Community College.
