Quality Lead, Head Of Sensory And Education, Brewing Operations at FAT HEAD'S

Malcolm Frazer began their work experience at FirstEnergy in 2007, taking on roles that involved instrumentation and process controls as well as being a nuclear reactor operator. Malcolm worked there until July 2017. In July 2017, they joined MillerCoors as an Import and Craft Trade Brewer, where they gained extensive knowledge in brewing, cider-making, and food and beer culture. Malcolm then joined FAT HEAD'S in November 2018, where they currently hold the position of Quality Lead, Head of Sensory and Education, and Brewing Operations Assistant.

Malcolm Fraser's education history begins in 1995 when they obtained a Certification/Qualification in Nuclear Operations from the Navy Nuclear Power Program. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Hawaii Pacific University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. In 2005, they further pursued their education at the University of Phoenix, completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, again with a concentration in General Studies, in 2006. Later, in 2011 to 2013, Malcolm attended the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Academy where they obtained a Federal License as a Reactor Operator for Unit 2. Lastly, in 2017, they pursued additional certification in the field of Beer and Food from Cicerone.org, becoming a Certified professional.
