Michelle Rummage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as the Sr HR Compliance Specialist at Boys Town since October 2017, Michelle has been instrumental in centralizing health screening processes, creating a COVID-19 compliance database, and ensuring adherence to federal and state employment laws.
