Valerie A. Schramm

Valerie A. Schramm, CSEP, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Coordinator at Boys Town since January 2019, Valerie has previously held significant roles including Director of Catering at Magnolia Hotels from January 2018 to September 2018, and Senior Banquet Manager at Levy Restaurants from September 2013 to January 2018. Additionally, Valerie worked as the Suites and Restaurant Manager at Ovations Food Services, LP from May 2010 to September 2013. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Iowa State University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
