Michiah Prull

Michiah Prull is the Cofounder and CEO of Fathom, a company that specializes in text analytics for leaders who value customer, employee, and public opinion. Prior to this, they were the Cofounder and Board Chair of Avalanche Insights, an insights delivery company acquired in July 2023. With a background in various leadership roles in communication, public engagement, and grassroots organizing, they bring a wealth of experience to their current role. Their education includes a Master of Business Administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
