Misha Patkova serves as the Finance & Operations Manager at Fathom since January 2023, focusing on text analytics to enhance understanding of customer and employee opinions. Previously, Misha held the role of Finance Manager at Avalanche Insights from February 2020 to January 2023, contributing to the launch of a new SaaS product. Misha's experience includes freelance bookkeeping, operational management roles at Skyline Ziplines and JSTL Construction Ltd., and supporting finance functions at Whistler Sport Legacies. Misha's diverse background in financial management, operations, and policy development is complemented by a degree from Masaryk University Brno, obtained in 2016.
