Julie Pierson-Fields has a diverse range of experience in marketing and business development. Julie currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Fathom Holdings Inc., where they are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for multiple business verticals. Julie is skilled at leading and inspiring teams to achieve optimal results and has a proven track record of generating high-volume pipelines of organic and paid leads through innovative marketing campaigns. Prior to their current role, they held the position of President at AHG Marketing, where they significantly increased growth and profitability for a portfolio of business clients through competitive marketing and project management. Julie has also served as President of EZ Water Quality Reports and worked as a Marketing Consultant at The Summit Marketing. Julie Pierson-Fields received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006.
