Samantha Giuggio

Samantha Giuggio is an accomplished real estate professional and business leader with extensive experience in various roles within Fathom Realty and Fathom Holdings Inc. Since November 2024, Samantha serves as President of Fathom Realty and Chief Operations Officer of Fathom Holdings, having previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Fathom Realty from January 2022 to November 2024. With a background in coaching and training through the John Maxwell Company since 2015, Samantha also held multiple leadership positions at Fathom Realty NC LLC, including Chief Broker Operations Officer and VP of Operations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President and District Director/Client Care Manager at Fathom Realty NC, LLC, as well as real estate and management roles at Snap Fitness and Allen Tate Realtors. Samantha's educational background includes a degree from JY Monk Real Estate School and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Holyoke Community College.
