Martha Luce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management, currently functioning as a Realtor® and eCommerce specialist at Fathom Realty, LLC since November 2020. With a robust background in project controls and construction management dating back to 1987, Martha has provided consultancy services while maintaining active volunteer roles with the San Diego Association of Realtors on technology and global committees since 2012 and as a PMP certification instructor for the Project Management Institute - Orange County Chapter since 2008. Martha's real estate expertise is underscored by numerous certifications, including e-PRO®, SRS, SFR, CNE, RMS, and CIPS, as well as a 30-year tenure in California real estate, and a solid educational foundation from the University of California, Berkeley, holding a B.A. in International Economics and further qualifications in finance and management.
