Tim Hansen RN, Realtor, has extensive experience in both healthcare and real estate. Since February 2004, Tim has served as a Registered Nurse at The Methodist Hospital System, specializing as a peri-operative nurse in a technical surgical operating room. Concurrently, Tim has been a Realtor at Fathom Realty, LLC since December 2020, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor at QRS Realty Group, LLC from April 2017 to January 2019, focusing on helping healthcare professionals find homes. Tim began a nursing career as a Surgical Technician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from May 1996 to December 2003 and transitioned to an operating room nurse. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and a real estate license from the Champion School of Real Estate.
