Ričardas Dukauskas has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Ričardas started their career as a Game Developer at De Montfort University (DMU) in June 2013, where they worked on a simulator video game aimed at helping crippled children gain confidence in using powered wheelchairs. Ričardas was part of a team of three people and worked in that role until July 2013.
After that, Ričardas joined Codemasters in June 2014 as an Experienced Programmer and worked there until August 2017. Ričardas then moved on to Starbreeze Studios, where they worked as a Gameplay Programmer from September 2017 to April 2019.
Currently, Ričardas is working at Fatshark AB as a Gameplay Programmer, starting from April 2019.
Ričardas Dukauskas started their education in 2009 at Klaipėdos "Varpo" gymnazium, where they focused on Physics and IT for their secondary education. Ričardas continued their studies in 2011 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills at De Montfort University in 2014.
