Jad Karaa

Jad Karaa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Technology & Transformation at FATTAL GROUP since August 2017. In this role, Jad leads a team of over thirty professionals across six verticals, shaping the Group's IT strategy and providing critical business analysis for executive decision-making. Prior roles include managing the SAP S/4HANA implementation for Healthcare Departments, stabilizing IT operations during the Lebanese economic crisis, and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Jad's previous experience includes positions at Consolidated Contractors International Company, where responsibilities included electrical estimation and project management for multimillion-dollar projects, along with early roles in design and testing engineering. With an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Jad Karaa combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive organizational success.
