Maria Franke

Maria Franke is an experienced human resources professional with a background in personnel management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Personalreferentin at CCL Faubel since July 2019, Maria provides support and consultation to specialists and executives on personnel and labor law matters. Previous experience includes a role in human resources at VR-Bank in Südniedersachsen eG, where responsibilities encompassed applicant management, trainee selection, and personnel marketing. Additionally, Maria worked as an assistant at TI Automotive, managing meetings, presentation preparation, and travel arrangements. Maria’s career in banking began with an apprenticeship at VR-Bank Spangenberg-Morschen eG. Maria holds a degree in economics with a specialization in personnel from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium, completed in 2018.
