Andrea Polanco

Andrea Polanco is a skilled Research Scientist at Faunalytics since April 2021, with a past role as a Research Fellow at Animal Charity Evaluators for a brief period in early 2021, where involvement included the review of 137 animal advocacy project proposals. Previous teaching assistant positions at the University of Guelph involved grading assignments and providing feedback on animal behaviour courses. An earlier internship at Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge provided hands-on experience with various big cats. Andrea holds a PhD and an MS in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ryerson University.
