Wai-Kei Y.

Wai-Kei Y. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career as an intern at Worldline Global in 2016. Following their internship, Wai-Kei joined Worldline Global as a Software Engineer in 2017 and later became a Senior Software Engineer. During this time, they worked on various projects including developing an admin portal, a merchant portal, a desktop application prototype, and implementing change requests for existing credit card systems.

In 2021, Wai-Kei joined Fave as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining the merchant platform and internal tools. Notably, they developed and launched FaveBiz, a digital merchant platform for the India market, and customized the existing promo code feature to meet the specific requirements of the India market.

Currently, Wai-Kei holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Fave, beginning in January 2023.

Wai-Kei Y. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Software Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, Wai-Kei Y. has obtained the Technical Essentials on AWS certification from Iverson Associates Sdn Bhd in August 2021 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2023.
