First Vice President Client Relations at Fay Servicing

Kristy Bliss has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kristy is currently working as the First Vice President of Client Relations at Fay Servicing, LLC since February 2022. Prior to this, they were an Investor Reporting Manager at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing from February 2019 to February 2022.

From 2014 to 2019, Kristy worked at BSI Financial Services in various roles, including AVP of Investor Reporting & Corporate Advance, AVP of Loan Administration, and Manager of Investor Reporting, Cashiering, Bank Recon, and Corporate Advance.

Before joining BSI Financial Services, they were a co-owner at Oil Region Rampage LLC from February 2013 to December 2015.

Their earlier experiences include managerial roles at BSI Financial Services and supervisor roles at BSI Financial Services. Kristy was also Head Waitress and Trainer at Kings Family Restaurant and a Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation.

Kristy's earlier work experiences include being a Cashier at Walmart and handling Account Management at MM Temps, Inc, where they were responsible for applications, interviewing, hiring of temp workers, payroll, and other HR duties.

Kristy Bliss obtained their education from various institutions. In 2009, they attended the University of Pittsburgh-Titusville for their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Kristy continued their studies at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, completing their education in 2012.

In 2014, Kristy pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General, at PennWest Clarion, which they completed in 2015.

Later, in 2018, they briefly attended Southern New Hampshire University to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Forensic Accounting.

Both their undergraduate and graduate degrees have primarily focused on business administration and management, with a specialization in accounting and forensic accounting.
