Katie Sands has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill since February 2013, where previous roles included Acting General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Katie began as a waitress, swiftly moving up to supervising and managing responsibilities, including opening a second restaurant location. Prior experience includes roles at Radisson Blu as F&B Shift Leader, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high service standards, and as a General Assistant during a university placement year. Katie's career began at Queens Hotel in Leeds as a Conference & Banqueting Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Honours in Managing International Hospitality from Leeds Beckett University and an HND in Hospitality Business Management.
