Marko Heric

Marko Heric is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Medior System Administrator at FAZI Company since November 2023. Prior to this, Marko worked at CRH as an IT Infrastructure Analyst from April 2017 to November 2023, and held the position of IT Manager at Falkensteiner Hotel Stara Planina from December 2011 to April 2017. Marko began a career in technical support at Dialog.doo as a Technical Support Specialist in early 2011. Marko's expertise includes servicing and maintaining Hewlett Packard products, local systems administration, and providing comprehensive technical support across multiple levels. Marko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from VTŠ Niš between 2007 and 2010.
