Nuttamon A. started their work experience in January 2021 as an Internship Trainee at Mandarin Hotel Bangkok - Managed by Centre Point. During this time, they gained practical skills in the front office, such as greeting guests, administering check-ins and check-outs, assigning rooms, and answering customer inquiries.

In September 2022, they acquired various additional certifications including "Law of Business" from Chulalongkorn University, "Microsoft Excel" from THAI MOOC, "The Beginner's Counseling Psychology" from ChiangMai University, and an EFSET English certificate with a score of 73/100 (C2) from EF Standard English Test.
