Wes Richardson

Wes Richardson is a seasoned Quality Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and control across multiple organizations, currently employed at F & B MFG LLC since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing processes, test procedures, and managing ERP software systems. Previous roles include Quality Engineer and Quality Inspector II at CRC Surface Technologies, and experience in assembly and composite technician roles at Honeywell and MD Helicopters, Inc. Wes's background also includes significant military experience with the Air Force Global Strike Command, encompassing management of nuclear weapon maintenance training, weapon system tests, and accountability of critical materials. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Management Technology from Arizona State University and an Associate degree in Munitions Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
