Sandra Bäcklund

Sandra Bäcklund currently serves as an HR Business Partner at FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sandra held the position of Human Resource Generalist at the Swedish Armed Forces, where responsibilities included supporting managers with labor agreements and personnel policies. Sandra's experience also includes leadership development as Deputy Head of Unit at Umeå kommun, managing work groups in home care, and a role as Personnel Planner and Recruiter at Bodens kommun, overseeing recruitment processes and absence management. Additionally, Sandra interned at Chalmers University of Technology focusing on gender equality advancements and worked as a Personnel Administrator at INRE KRAFT I NORR AB, handling customer service and staffing. Sandra Bäcklund holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and has completed a Master's course in Gender Studies at Umeå University, alongside an exchange semester at the University of Ljubljana.
