Maria Lyubushkina

Maria Lyubushkina currently serves as the Director of Personnel at FBK since February 2024. Previously, Maria held the position of Associate Principal in Advisory at Korn Ferry from November 2021 to January 2024, where notable projects included HR strategy development for a uranium producing company and organizational design for a cybersecurity firm. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources and Organizational Development Director at Kabosh Group of Companies, Manager in KPMG Russia's People and Change group, and Senior Manager at Deloitte's Human Capital Advisory Services. Maria also has extensive experience with Samruk-Kazyna, Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP, Ernst & Young, and VivActiv. Maria's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling from The Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and a degree in Social Psychology from Samara State Academy of Social Sciences and Humanities.
